Plan It Write has a NO RETURN or NO REFUND policy. All sells are final due to the nature and time it takes to make each item. At Plan it Write, we believe in carefully crafting each item and inspecting prior to handing to you.
Plan It Write typically enforces a no refund or return policy. However, this can be addressed on an individual basis. Any refunds will result in a shop credit unless there is an error done by Plan It Write.
In the event that your package is damaged during shipping, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we may rectify the situation as soon as possible.
Please note that custom orders are not eligible for return due to the nature of the product unless there is an error done by Plan It Write.
Digital Products cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of the product.
Order Processing
The current processing time for orders is 1-2 weeks. This includes the creation of your product, ordering of material, and shipping to you. Please note, during the holiday season the process times may be extended. Custom orders may result in an extension of time as well.
Order Cancellations
Plan It Right reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, (i.e. - items that may go out of stock, pricing errors, declined credit cards, suspected fraud).
Once an order is placed, processing starts shortly thereafter. For this reason, cancellations are not guaranteed. Once the order is shipped (see shipping policy for details), you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will include your tracking information.
PLEASE VERIFY YOUR ADDRESS. IF YOU SUSPECT YOU HAVE ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, PLEASE QUICKLY REACH OUT TO LETSPLANITWRITE@GMAIL.COM PRIOR TO SHIPMENT STATUS. ONCE YOUR ITEM HAS SHIPPED, WE CANNOT CHANGE THE ADDRESS.
